Why is it that I have heaps of calories, carbs, fat, protein, sodium and sugar left over once I have completed my daily food diary. I cannot possibly eat anymore. Don't know what to do.

If you don’t use one get a scale and weigh your food. It will make your intake more accurate.

How many calories do you get a day and how much weight are you looking to lose.

Providing all your stats will get you more personalized results.

    Cheers, h.

I have seen these posts before and I wonder how it’s possible. I think you may be making mistakes with measuring portions /calories. Occasionally I will have leftover calories , particularly if I had a really good workout that day. But usually I hit the mark or go over by a few. I use it as a general guideline more then an exact. I just stick to healthy clean foods as much as possible.
So my suggestion is weigh your portions or google size examples. You may be surprised how small a serving of beans or chicken actually is.
    Good luck!

The culprits usually are not using a food scale so you're eating more than you think. Or, you're eating a lot of "diet" foods (low cal, sugar free) and are not able to meet your goals. If it's the first, get a scale; if it's the second, use higher calorie versions of what you like.

you have to measure at some point. whether you use a scale or a measuring cup you have to know how much you are consuming. Eyeballing or guessing just doesn't work.

The intent of MyFitnessPal is to get you in the habit of accurately logging your food, exercise and goals.

Judging by your post it sounds like you are guessing and what you are entering in your food diary is inaccurate.
