5 (1 oz) turkey meatballs with a 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce and part skim mozzarella. I clean up the sauce with a lite multigrain muffin. (thomas). I nuke the precooked turkey balls for 1.5 min and cover with sauce and cheese. I then broil for 5 min to get crusty cheese. Leaves me with a 4-hour satisfied feeling and great energy. Texture satisfaction and tangy goodness is equaled.
tip for 1 oz turkey balls is to make 1.4 oz raw. They come out at 1 oz. 425F @ 12 min

Even healthier if you make your own pizza sauce rather than the store bought variety. Costco has a great Tuscan spice mix that is great for this purpose.0
