I need a Mantra!

I need some suggestions on a mantra ~ there are times when I'm exercising and want to quit or want to slow down.... and I feel like if I had a positive mantra to repeat to myself it would keep me going. I saw on another blog that the PURPLE TEAM from Biggest Loser - Olivia and Hannah use mantras to keep them going. Any suggestions?

My mantra as I am working away on my elliptical is: "I can do this with your help, Lord" and I just keep repeating it over and over in my head....It works for me...Good luck on your journey...!!.. :flowerforyou:0

I am terrible. I either repeatedly say (sometimes aloud...hehe) "I kick SO much *kitten*" OR (for those days when that is not enough) I remember the years that I couldn't run, and that I wasn't able to be physically active---and I say, "By His grace, I LIVE."0 -
I say this one to myself when im struggling through a workout:
"If I just give up, the pain will go away, but the fat will surely stay!"
"This too shall pass" is another one I like.
"Finish what you started" is good too.0
