Hi, I turn 45 in just under two years and I want to be inthe best shape of my life by then. I am 5'2 150lbs and frankly full of fat.. Looking to get lean and healthy. Anyone in that same journey? Maybe we can be fabulous together :)

    I've been where your at, and been in maintenance since 2013. Wishing you all the best. ( I started out at 154, lost 30 lbs, also 5ft 2, now 49)
