I have a wrist HRM and don't know how accurate it is, but this is what seems to be common for many of my runs.

Age 62. HR at easy pace 140-165 average. I live in a somewhat hilly area, so my HR rises early in my runs and stays high. Resting HR about 60. Maximum 185-190, though the HRM has shown above 200 on occasion. LT is around 175, according to the tempo run I did last week.

    1. Anywhere from 115-155 depending on the day, weather, fatigue, mood, etc. 90% of the time my easy runs are in the 125-130 area. I CAN converse easily until well past my “easy” range. So basically-I’m chatty and can talk easily until I am past where an easy run should be.

    2. I’m 44

    3. Resting HR is mid 50’s

    4. Max HR is guesstimated at ~190 (highest seen is 183 after a series of 400m all out sprints1also seen uphill at the end of a 5k-adding 5-10 to that for guesstimated max).

    5. LT is ~167-169 (based on Garmin estimates combined with best guess real world experience).

I am a light runner. As a matter of fact, I would describe it as a fast walker. I am worried about how high my resting rate is although it has dropped 10 bpm since I lost the weight.

I'm not able to run at a conversational pace. Running always shoots my HR and breathing rate through the roof. I've tried going slower, and there's definitely something to it, but not enough. The gait by itself is enough work to take me out of "easy" territory.

I do well on a bike, but I'm slow going up hills. Common ground with that and running is I'm still too heavy.

I'm 50 years old and my resting heart rate is around 45-50 bpm.

I did a long run today while chatting the whole time and my average heart rate was 140, with a max of 158. According to Garmin stats, my average is about 141 and my max is 188 over the last 12 months.

I don't know my lactate threshold heart rate.

    I don't talk much when I run, so I don't know. Guessing 130ish, but I really don't know.

    What is your age?

    That's a rather personal question

    (53)

What is your resting heart rate?

    mid 50's

What is your max heart rate?

Garmin says my 12 month average max rate is 181.

What is your lactate threshold heart rate?

I can't test this without buying a strap for my watch and I'm not sure I care enough to spend $50 to find out. I can do the estimate off of max, but never bothered.

I run just fine without ever knowing what my heart rate is, I see steady improvements in my times week by week and my endurance has increased. Sometimes it’s best to not over think things and just enjoy the run.

For test 3 days after triathlon, gotten up to 177. it would be worse right now without that specific training.

Since %'s are more meaningful for comparison.

    Aerobic zone % - 72% to 76% HRmax
    RHR - 26%
    LT - 92%

I can't talk when I run. I'm all phlegm and I can't breathe through my nose. My Dr says it's a partial deviated septum. I can talk in disjointed, short sentences up to my LTHR.

    55-ish

(I use a Fitbit for these so I don't know how accurate they really are.)

What is your heart rate at a conversational pace while running? Mine always seems high when you look at the rest of my stats and usually hovers in the 150s up to low 160s (this is a comfortable long run pace, like if I'm going out 90 minutes on an "easy run" day).

    What is your age? 31.

What is your resting heart rate? 55-57, usually.

What is your max heart rate? According to the formula, it should be 189, but I routinely get to 180 on tempo/hills runs for extended periods and I'm not dead, so I suspect that's not correct. I've never tested.

What is your lactate threshold heart rate? No idea.

Today I ran solo with an average HR of 150 bpm and I could have carried on a conversation.

    What is your age? 63

What is your resting heart rate? It’s been about 43 bpm.

What is your max heart rate? I’m calling it 180 bpm, used to call it 185 bpm a few years ago.

What is your lactate threshold heart rate? I have no idea.

What is your max heart rate?has spiked as high as 203 but generally I have to work ridiculously hard to get it above 170, one of the joys of being very active. More importantly it recovers very quickly too

What is your lactate threshold heart rate?
Haven't got a clue, although my garmin generally buzzes and tells me I'm in threshold at about 160
    thanks.
