Vegan high protein foods

Hi Guys, I am a vegan since 3 years. Tell me what are your high protein meals, preferably less carbs.

    Plants have carbs, unless you are processing them to isolate the proteins and the fats. So I'd say you're looking at seitan (wheat gluten) and unsweetened vegan protein powders (pea, hemp, etc.).

    Seitan - my vegan sister uses it as one of her primary protein sources (you can even make a roasted loaf for thanksgiving)...

    Tofu. I bake it with baby bok choy and some teriyaki sauce.

    If you are trying to get in protein,eat fewer fruits.
    Foods that have protein: bok choy, swiss chard, asparagus, green peas, spinach, broccoli, corn, lentils, black beans.

    Hi newly vegan, I like chickpea burgers or I will make chickpeas , mushrooms and salad in a wrap for dinner. Breakfast I usually do a shake.Water , spurlina, ashwaganda, morninga and protein. Lunch I have slap chips to treat myself.

    Lately I'm liking smoked tofu on pita or Ezekiel tortilla with mustard, onions, and raw sauerkraut (I put cheese in mine because I'm ovo-lacto veg, but it's truly optional).

    Another fave is edamame spaghetti or fettucine cooked, then tossed with stir-fried veggies and either a miso-based sauce, or a peanut sauce made with peanut butter powder, soy sauce or chile paste, and rice vinegar.

    Black bean tacos on corn tortillas with carmelized onions, sweet potato chunks, and maybe sweet corn is good.

    Chili with beans, tempeh, tomatoes, onions (browned first is tastier), regular chili spices (hot pepper, cumin, whatever you like) plus about a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder (the kind used for baking) per serving (to give it more of an umami taste and a bit of a tang).

    Black bean or split pea soup with nutritional yeast, and whatever veggies you like to add.

As a vegan, you'll need to scroll past the mostly meaty/fishy things near the top, but you'll find veg sources further down the list.
