Does anyone have this condition and what type of workouts CAN you do ?

I judt had it confirmed this morning by orthopedic consultant after 7 months of being in pain and being told its tennis elbow (!?) ,been told to completely drop weights (haven't been able to do anything in months anyway), no swimming (loved doing that with my girl) but can do deep water walking whatever that is and running only short distances.

Im stumped on what can I do that won't engage my neck or upper body at all .Really worried Ill pile all my weight back on without regular exercise and just start binging again.

Other then walking any suggestions to do to keep active ?

Idk what your condition is but my first thought is a recumbent bike is something that might fit your needs.

I assume you mean thoracic outlet syndrome. What do you think started it?
