Hi everyone! Until this morning I was not a hot coffee drinker at all. I was a venti java chip frappacinno fiend and let me tell you. I was NOT proud of it. I was essentially drinking a 450 calorie chocolate milkshake 3-4 times a week to start my day.No wonder these 50 pounds crept up on me. :) HOWEVER, I have found these awesome and super cheap K cups that I don't have to add milk or sugar to and knew I had to share. I'm sure there are healthier options, but this is working for me and all mixed up it's only 80 cal. Found at Aldi!!!

    Aldi's has several flavored k cups in the 60-80 calorie range, love them all :) They also currently have an amazing coconut flavored bean-0 calories and soooo good! There's also a caramel one I want to try next time I go shopping.
