Time to make a change

Hi everyone,
I decided that it's time to get my weight under control. A year ago, i weighed around the 220 mark. over the past year, I've slowly have lost weight to about 205. A couple months ago, I had a talk with my Dr. and he basically told me to lay of the beer. So I did and started going to the local gym. So far, I've lost another 10 pounds and I'm accelerating my exercise regime. I started with Yoga to get "limbered up" and now I'm taking strength and cardio classes along with Zumba classes. Myfitnesspal has been a great way for me to monitor my intake and my output.
