Lyme disease has sidelined me in both my health and my career. Chronic fatigue makes it very difficult to get enough exercise. But using MyFitnessPal to track my foods has helped me lose over 70 pounds so far. I'm under 200 lbs for the first time in my adult life. The most intense exercise I can do is walk, so food tracking is absolutely important for me.

Congrats on your weight loss, and walking, despite having Lyme disease.
I see you are in Vancouver. A beautiful city for walking, especially when it isn’t raining.
I’m a ferry ride away and have walked the Vancouver Sun Run a number of times, very non competitively.
