My name is Chris. I was on MFP 3 years ago when I was first diagnosed with T2 diabetes. I am 5'11" and 269 pounds and steadily gaining. My blood sugar is steady with an A1C around 6.0-6.5. My blood pressure is high. I have still not established a consistent diet and that is my goal. I am starting my pursuit of that goal by committing to tracking everything I eat on a daily basis. Would love to share the journey with some good people. :)

    This is the reason for my being here also. I have been living in denial about T2 diabetes and it's time to get serious!
