lean fajita meat, chicken breast, crockpot game hens tonight, lean pork chop all cooked ahead 2 times a week, sometimes cottage cheese or yogurt with pumpkin puree and pie spice, sometimes vegetarian chili.3

I need more ideas! I can never hit my protein goal and I’m eating nonfat Greek yogurt cottage cheese and milk, chicken, tuna, turkey sausage and bacon, whey, eggs and egg whites. What’s left?0

Kodiak pancakes mix, and use fairlife milk, egg beaters, and a serving of pbfit when mixing. Wrap another serving of fried egg whites with ultraprocessed cheese (tostitoes or velvetta mixed in) and fold it over like a sandwich. Drizzle a little sugar free maple syrup and you've got a nutrient dense, tasty, low calorie-high protein version of a mcgriddle. Breakfast of champions imo.1

I'd down 2 scoops of whey a day to knock out 50 grams just like that if you're having trouble. Looks like you're eating the right foods, just have to bump up the quantity a tad1 -
