DB rdls absolutely light up my hams back and traps. Still get some soreness after years of doing them. I do keep a slight bend to my knees and put the DB right below my knee and lock out at the top. Legs shoulder width maybe a hair closer. I don’t go super heavy and keep the rep range 12-15

Do you have a slight bend in legs and how far down do you go?

I ran this program earlier this year for 11 weeks - saw amazing gains. I would do it again...

Personally I did have some back pain with the stiff legged dl - RDL's seems like a good alternative

Sore sure. Hurt? No. I know it’s a fine line

Seems fine. Not too crazy about including side bends/oblique work though

    It okay for a beginner.

I think the recommendation that it is targeted for "males" is simply ridiculous though.

Also keep in mind the feeling "sore" isn't a indication of a good lifting routine. It's usually comes from doing something novel.

thanks for the link, I wanted info on a weight lifting plan.

I started using a foam roller and stretching on a daily bases, helps with soreness and tightness
