What are your favorite beverages?

We've heard that we should drink eight 8oz glasses of fluid daily. How do you reach your fluid intake goals? What are your favorite fitness/diet-geared beverages (obviously other than water!) to drink? What about seasonal beverages?

Coffee, tequila and vodka. Sometimes wine. I also drink diet soda and diet drinks in general.6

Coffee (drip and espresso), wine. Sometimes tea.1

I usually drink water with a couple Mio squirts in it. I used to drink the Sparkling Ice drinks, but it was getting expensive and returning bottles is a pain.1

I don't have fluid intake goals, but other than probably 3 or 4 cups of water a day, I generally drink coffee, hot tea, and diet soda. During the summer I'll also drink iced tea and add Mio or Crystal Light to water. Also beer, wine, and bourbon on occasion, but I don't generally think of them as hydrating :drinker:0

water, coffee, diet dr pepper.2

You don’t need a special “fitness” beverage, unless you are sweating a lot and need to replace electrolytes. In that case, a sports drink like Gatorade will help.
I mostly drink hot or iced tea. I have caffeinated black teas in the morning, and switch to herbal or decaf in the afternoon. Usually I don’t need sweetener, but sometimes I use a couple drops of liquid sucralose.
For a treat, I sometimes order Thai iced tea or coffee. Both have plenty of cream and sugar, but I love them. Other than that, I don’t like most beverages enough to use calories on them.0 -
I stick to mostly water with milky coffee in the morning. Maybe some sparkling soda water as well.1

During the day I drink water, hot tea with milk, sugar free energy drinks, Powerade zero, and sometimes diet Dr pepper. At night I have either wine or hot tea usually. I never count my ounces of fluid I just keep an eye on my urine color.1

Coffee, water, Monster Ultra Zero, Coke Zero and Clear American sparkling waters (Walmart brand)2
-
Coffee, Earl Gray tea, sweet tea, bourbon, scotch, vodka, club soda1

I don't really drink fitness beverages. I just try to avoid drinking calories. My usual drinks are water, iced tea (unsweetened or with splenda), coffee, and coke zero. I also eat plenty of foods that contain a lot of water.
I go by urine color for hydration.1 -

That's what I do too. I think it's a great way to make sure I'm getting enough fluids.1 -

also diet drinks, water , herbal teas- but hands down favorite drink is coffee1 -

My favourite stands to be what is identifiably a vegan eggnog, only that I don't see it as eggnog for most of the year, but simply - a favourite spiced chai.2 -
My go to, year around drink is Ice Tea. I make it at home on a bi - daily basis. Always use bulk Gunpowder Green Tea and make a gallon at a time. I always add lemon juice, Splenda, and garden fresh mint in summer.
FYI. Gunpowder Green Tea is the type of tea that was thrown into Boston Harbor that started the American Revolution because the Colonists refused paying the British higher taxes on it. ( That fact sure doesn't make it any more healthy for me, but drinking so much of it helps me from eating too much.)

Water, coffee, propel with electrolytes, whiskey, bottle of wine, etc...
There really is no magical amount of liquid that everybody needs. Check your urine for pale yellow color, of it is...you are hydrated the correct amount.0 -
I love Tazo Chai Tea Latte Skinny mixed with Fairlife milk. I drink a serving each morning, iced. Only 160 cals with 13g protein and I am not hungry for actual food for 2-3 hours. Not exactly diet - but has helped keep me happy and satisfied on this journey to a sustainable lifestyle.0

Morning: Jamaican blue mountain coffee
Lunch: Coke zero
Evening: Johnny Walker blue label1 -
-
Diet sprite and root beer, egg nog, milk, chocolate milk, and peach schnapps in diet sprite0
-
flavored water
diet soda (root beer)
Milk
Occasionally tequila or scotch.
I think that's all I drink.0 -
I drink coffee with half & half in the morning, a coffee or hot tea mid-morning, water with lunch and for the afternoon, lemonade sweetened by stevia pre-dinner (I've been advised to get citrus in my diet on daily basis), and water with dinner. Sometime a beer or a glass of wine with dinner. Occasionally a cup of Dr. Pepper or orange juice with pulp - and "occasionally" means once a month or every six weeks. I log everything that has calories: half & half, lemonade, beer, wine, pop/soda, juice.
I used to drink iced tea (lemon slice, but no sugar...I liked it BITTER) but that ultimately led to dehydration and a kidney stone. So now I have it rarely and I find that it causes water retention in me.
I also have a weakness for Starbucks mint mocha. I try to stay out of Starbucks.0 -
Unless there's a fancy coffee shop nearby, in which case I prefer a black Americano but with better beans. Or if I'm at home, I just drink regular pourover black coffee. I'm on the fast track to an ulcer probably (at least if you listen to my mother.)
I drink a lot of water too, and on weekends I like a really smoky, peaty Scotch or a glass of pinot noir.

Mostly water, lots of water. Not because I have any sort of hydration goals most of the time, but because I like to drink water. In high school I would easily drink 48oz of water in the span of a school day. I also drink coffee when I have time and am near a good coffee shop (so not Starbucks and the like) and tea.0

I agree with you; I don't often spend calories on beverages. I try to stick to water and coffee. I'll have the occasional almond milk latte if I'm feeling frisky, though.0 -
Tea (either hot or iced, from tea leaves or herbal). I sometimes put coconut or almond milk in it, and sometimes drink it by itself. Tea is a good way to drink a variety of flavorful beverages without calories. Flavored seltzer is another calorie-free beverage, although I don't drink it that often because carbonation is bad for teeth. A carbonation-free alternative to flavored seltzer is infused water. Cucumber, mint, berries, and melon are great for infusing. I don't drink anything special for exercise besides water.0

Diet Coke. Vodka with flavored sparkling water. Sugar free Rockstar. Oh, and I guess water.0
-
Usually a glass of almond milk with breakfast, and regular water throughout the day, interspersed with the occasional La Croix sparkling water or unsweetened ice tea.0
