    Exactly, I was thinking the same thing. Great job on the overall weight loss. Hopefully, you can continue to share with the MFP community some of what helped you achieve such awesome success.

    I am always happy to share what I'm doing. I am active on MFP, post daily on my wall to share with my buddies and I'm always happy to answer questions, cheer people on, bounce ideas around, etc. I'm open to friend requests as it makes it easier to view my diary, keep in touch, etc.
