Embarrassed Myself

I've had a spinning instructor make me stop & get off the bike in the middle of class because my heart rate was extremely high.. it always is when I work out, but she was genuinely concerned.
Separately, my SIL was teaching a spin class while heavily pregnant. Of course, she had to stop & make a trip to the restroom.
Upon returning, her class informed her that maybe next time, she might want to turn off her mic. 10 yrs later, & it's still one of my favorite stories. 😂11 -

Blood sugar will get you!
I work in veterinary autopsy and we hold rounds at noontime on Fridays. I always remind my students to eat before they come to rounds, because even folks destined to become surgeons will pass out - a combination of not having eaten all morning, standing during rounds, the smell of the disinfectant (it's quite overpowering), and the specimens we present. We have someone keel over at least once a month.
I've very nearly done it, myself, trying to get too much work done before feeding my body!0 -
So happy I have a home gym :P Though even then I once fell off my exercise ball and into my dumbells/onto the carpet, I got some interesting bruises and carpet burns after that one, try telling people the carpet burns on your knees are NOT from anything fun lol!
Also a reminder to not overhydrate before a race, I still remember during the beginning of a Spartan Sprint this poor guy barfing up copious amounts of Gatorade LOL1
