Anyone taking or had success with supplements for energy and weight loss? I am currenty supplementing my diet with b vitamins but curious on others experiences on what works. Thanks!

    I also take a B100 complex, chrome, Omega 369, and make sure I drink my tea every day :D

    I take a multi-vitamin and L-Carnitine per my doctors recommendation, it has been working well for me

    I take Vitamin B12 and Flaxseed caps for Omega 3. I have also heard that cayanne pepper is a metabolism booster. They sell it in capsules, which is the only way cayanne pepper is entering my body. I think I'm going to try it.

    As an experimenter with supplements since the 80's, I can sincerely say that almost all supplements (not including vitamins, oils, and minerals) are basically UNNECESSARY. With the exception of protein, bcaa's and creatine, the supplements out there are bunk
    There are many clinical studies on supplements and most aren't in their favor..
