Hello everyone. I just signed on. I need help on getting started.

    Hi Mary!! I'm a newbie too! I joined on wednesday. I love it! I use the mobile app and I can just log in what I am eating as I have it. It's so helpful! I definitely recommend getting the mobile app and best thing is its free!
  • Hi there!! I'm new too (2 days in). Only thing I'm having issues with is understanding the "remaining calories" thing. After I enter my excercise, it shows that I've earned so many calories. Soooooo do we eat those calories to keep up with our total for the day? I've heard all different answers. So I'm waiting to hear back from my personal trainer....maybe they can enlighten!!!

    Hi! I'm new too! well, I joined a while ago, then deleted the app... then tried it again for a day or 2... but now i want to stick to it! So, i need help too lol
