If you are an Indian you will understand how difficult it is to lose weight after having all those delicious dishes... I hope you understand

So I want all you Indians come together and live a guilt free yet healthy life .
All that you need to do is perform any sort of exercise ,it can be walking , swimming, aur even strolling your pet...and make a habit of eating healthy (I.e. anything which contains more fibre, nutrients)

So everyday come here and log in your exercise and what you ate and at what time did you eat .
Eat in any portion sizes but the timing should follow 16:8 rule

    I cook indian food everyday. I haven't made lot of changes in my currying recipes. I am just counting calories as accurate as possible. Added protein and fibre supplement to meet my daily nutritional goal. Replaced wheat by buckwheat and white rice by brown rice.I lost 7 lbs so far.
