Building a Community for Success

Recently started getting back into working regularly, and finding a lifestyle diet I can stick to (I struggle here, but I work at it). I need to find a community that helps keep me motivated and holds me accountable! My goals are to lose over 100+ lbs (Long term) and to commit to exercise 3x per week and healthier eating 5x a week (short term).
I don’t need people to say “keep your head up. It’s ok” when I mess up and skip the gym. I need tough love and for someone to say “get your *kitten* to the gym now!”
If our personalities match, let’s make it happen and help each other reach our goals!
