There is no way to safely lose almost 60 pounds in 3 months. Why are you in such a rush?16

Get rid of a medium sized child?20

Sell something you own that weighs 59 lbs?12

Eight to ten months, most likely.
Please don't risk your health by trying to do this. Just eat reasonably and take a walk every day for 30 minutes to an hour. Nothing is worth risking your health over.9 -
Possibly only if you are severely obese.1

I lost 50 pounds in about 4 months. I’ve still got a lot to go
Month 1- 20 (10 probably water weight)
Month 2-10
Month 3-10
Month 4-10
Im 6’4” and started at 309 and did a 1000 calorie deficit while doing cardio and then lifting weights starting month 2.
Everyone is accurate in that 59 pounds in 3 months is unhealthy and overall not a wise thing to attempt. If you’re severely obese the weight can come off really fast, but it’s still smart to do things slowly and systematically so the changes will stick over time.
I’ve read it a thousand times on these forums, and it’s so true, “weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint.”9 -
LOL -- It took me 15 months to lose 50 lbs. Please don't try for 59 in 3 months. Not healthy.6

Make sure you weigh at least 560 lbs before you start?10

Unless your life is somehow at stake, you don't.4

It is not realistic, healthy or sustainable to lose 50-60 lbs in 3 months. The recommendation is generally 2 lbs max per week for healthy loss and that is too aggressive unless you are 75+ lbs overweight.
You might have body parts surgically removed-like a leg or two- and drop a bunch of weight fast.5 -
Perhaps takes a step back and redefine your goals. I am guessing there is an event coming up in three months that you’d like to be your best for. Or a medical need you are trying to address. What’s coming up in three months so that we can help you define a realistic goal for related to that timeline?8

I lost 40 in 6, but I was Obesity Level 3 and 114lbs over my healthy weight range.5

You aren't giving enough information. What do you weigh? How much are you above a normal weight range? I have lost 35 lbs in 3 months and I started out at 273 lbs....more than 130 lbs overweight. I am right on target for a safe weight loss rate. I have done it by increasing my exercise, staying under 1350 calories and using this app to track everything I eat.4

The usual estimate for a maximum safe rate of loss is 1% of bodyweight per week. Assuming three months is thirteen weeks, that's 4.6 lbs / week. So if you are nearly 500 lbs this would be a safe rate of loss for you. Otherwise, be more patient and loss the same over a longer period of time.
Losing too quickly is not a joke! I started out losing weight rapidly and had hair loss as a result. Not pretty! You will also lose lean muscle if you lose too quickly - and your heart is a muscle. You didn't gain 60 lbs overnight. Be kind to yourself and patient, and the time will pass before you know it.6 -
Surgery.1

amputation. of most of your limbs, probably. maybe not even then.1

You don’t.2

Losing 30 pounds would make one feel like a new person. 30 pounds is attainable; make that your goal.1
-
Easy! Keep a 2,250 kcal deficit a day,every day.
For faster methods, amputation is an extreme option but equally as smart.6
