The challenge for the up-coming week is to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day (something I ALWAYS forget to do!), be under your cal goals And also add 50 situps/crunches to your exercise routine every day. Oh yeah also to inbox your buddy at least a couple times this week. Thinking this will really help with motivation and such And don't forget to weigh in!

Started the crunches today so I'll be feeling it tomorrow most likely, I think I will do a mixture of crunches and sit ups just to push myself a little bit more :-)0

I weighed in this morning and was soooo happy with what I saw on the scale! I'm not sure if I need to send you a private message or post it, so I'm just going to post it LOL. I am down to 181.5 (down 3 pounds!) I also did last week's challenge. I was able to do 15 push-ups (these are very hard for me), 31 crunches, and 52 jumping jacks! We were suppoesd to see how many to do in one minute right? I can't wait to add in an extra 50 crunches this week! My belly is my biggest worry. I think I look like I'm pregnant, so I really need to do some work!!!!!0

Weight stayed the same....273. I am swollen a lot, hoping that the lasix will start working soon!!! I did 50 upper ab and 50 mid ab crunches and 50 leg lifts....bc reverse crunches are KILLING ME! haha0

No change for me this week too much salt over the past couple of days but I stayed within my cals so I'm just working on flushing it out0

Sorry I have been so MIA lately just started a new job and was organising a memorial for my friend which was yesterday.
