Okay so I am new to all of this and I'm looking to get a bunch of meal ideas in place before I officially start my new healthy eating lifestyle in the new year.

I'm looking for ideas of meals that are filling and suitable to young children as well as adults (2 under 5, myself and my husband) I have a slow cooker, soup maker, actifry, george foreman grill as well as the usual oven/hob/microwave. I love cooking and willing to try new ideas. I am out late twice a week and hubby out 2 different nights so anything that I can batch cook and reheat is perfect (or again the slow cooker)

We aren't veggie - and hubby not really keen on veggie food but I will eat it happily.

Thanks for any recipes you throw my way.

    I use www.taste.com.au

Save the recipes into 'my cookbook' (I have 100s saved). Print them off, go buy the ingredients. Import the recipe into MFP. Easy as. My kids love to help too.
