Hello, my son shared this app. I have tried a point system and was constantly feeling disappointed in myself. My son asked me to track my calories for one day. Seems to be more accurate. I felt I did great. Did not feel deprived.

Calorie counting is so much more affective and easy than points. Keeps you aware and puts fewer restrictions. In my opinion, anyway! Haha
