Have I reached a new maintenance?

I've been in a calorie deficit since August and have lost 20 lbs. I started out 175. Since Nov 5th my weight loss has become stagnant and I've been hovering between 155-157. I'm beginning to think that my body and has adjusted to my lower calorie intake? I cannot cut calories further as I was already aggressive and eating 1200-1300 per day. Any advice on what I should do?

Are you using a food scale? Are you double checking that the entries you are using in the database have correct calories listed? It might be time to tighten up your logging.

Finally, have you had blood work done lately?
Basically, there is no reason for a healthy woman at your weight to maintain at as low as 1200 cals. So either you are eating more calories than you think, you have jacked up your hormones by losing weight too fast and need a diet break, or you have a medical condition (like thyroid) that is messing with your numbers.12 -
