The 21 Days Hydration Challenge

An important part of any diet is proper hydration.
As you may have heard, drinking enough water helps detoxify and revitalize the body.
There are countless blogs about the importance of drinking water in regards to weight loss,
yet it is often overlooked (myself included). This Challenge was created to help us motivate each other.

The rules of this "21 Days Hydration Challenge" are:
1. Calculate how much water you need daily.
2. Everyday make a post at the end of the day, in regards to how much water you consumed.
For example, if your goal is to consume eight glasses of water per day, let us know how much you drunk.

The winner is the one who makes it till the end without missing a single day!
