I dont have a specific weight. I have a specific feeling. I want to feel like I look great without a shirt on. That weight could be 25 lbs. Could be 50 lbs. Could be 75 lbs, who knows.1

I would like to feel light on my feet again - looking at realistically 15 or so lbs
I am in good health mostly, but stress and some of the ups and downs of life have manifested into weight i no longer want to carry. choosing higher vibrating foods (more low caloric density foods) that nourish my system IN MODERATION is my goal for 2019, and to move my body more and more. Weight loss is directly impacted by food choices, and better overall health is driven by activity - loving myself enough this year to stick to it!1 -
50lbs in 2019 for me. Its daunting thinking about it, atm it seems impossible, so small steps.1
