Looking to meet some likeminded gym friends

Hey everyone,

Just trying to meet some people to help me stay motivated and accountable. Not sure if this method I’m trying will work so any suggestions I’m open to.

    i also like to use the gym & try to go regularly around 3/4 times a week depending on what i have on! been slacking whilst being away with family over the holidays so very excited to get back on track now Christmas is over!

    i started weight lifting about 2 years ago - it has changed everything. I'm glad you're going! pick up some weights and you will see the difference :) feel free to friend request me so you have some accountability with your exercise logs!

    Thank you both I will add both you. Holidays are rough for starting diets but I am determined to get the pounds off. Thanks for the encouragement.

    I started working out in November 2018, so far I’ve lost 10pounds. I’m doing more hit cardio this go around, I must say I’m seeing better results,between that meal prepping.

    Suggestion:
    Diet is crucial, make this priority #1.
    Burn more calories than you take in.
    Do some form of cardio, do some form of resistance training.
    The rest is up to you, but if you incorporate these basics, you will succeed.
