Looking for friends to help motivate

Hi all 4 years ago I weighed in at 68kg,am now currently 87kg, would tske me 20kg loss to get back there, im going to be doing a low cooking diet, eating mainly things as they come. Only meats will be fish based, other protein eggs and cheese. Trying to keep it simple and continue to eat like this after. The aim is 30mins a day in the gym alternating muscle groups and extending the time gradually to an hour if I can. I wish every body all the best in their endevears. Be great to hear from other people

    Hi 👋 that sounds a fab plan and I wish you all the best of luck and will power too, lifestyle change isn’t easy isit, I’ve reached the point now I need to for health. I’m so unhealthy it’s ridiculous I have children I should be looking after myself for them. So 2019 is my year to change for them ... feel free to add me I’m new so I don’t know how to add yet lol
