I lost 20 pounds to start my journey, and in the last 6 days, I watched my weight stay the same. Been walking more and working out. Been eating <1400 calories a day. Still no weight lost. Stepped on the scale this morning and saw I lost 1.5 pounds. I exhaled a sigh of relief and told myself that I will keep losing. Now I’m about to start my morning workout routine. Stay strong everyone!

A friend says- We eventually get the weigh in we deserve, but not necessarily when we expect it.

Please ensure you are eating the minimum for men of 1500 calories a day, plus calories earned through exercise. And yes, purposeful walking is exercise.

Well done on your loss so far.

Maybe now is the time to adjust to a reasonable 1lbs a week goal (if you have under 50lbs left to lose).

    Cheers, h.
