Need Accountability Partners

Looking to drop 30 lbs. Currently 6'8 280. MY Goal is 2 lbs per week, 1900 calories a day, 10k steps per day, 2 weight lifting sessions (1 Monday and 1 Friday), 10 miles brisk walking.

Would like people with similar goals where we can hold each other accountable.

    Nice, specific goals! 2 pounds a week from 1/1 will be April 16th. I'm not sure how much weight I have to lose - it's more about how I look and feel (though it will be at least 30 pounds) - but that would be a great date to reevaluate goals and successes. In my mind I have an idea about how a certain weight should look and feel but I've found reality doesn't necessarily match that anymore! I wrote my goals yesterday: yoga 2x a week, strength training, 2x a week, swim 3x a week, 10k steps a day. The interesting thing is that I didn't write when I would start. I don't do yoga now and don't have a place to learn identified, I don't belong to a gym or have a place for strength training laid out and the pool I generally swim at is temporarily closed. I obviously need an accountability partner! I will need the weekend to solidify my plan of action (when, where, how long). Are you looking for one person or do you want to create a small group?
