    In photobucket resize you pics - make sure the biggest number is less than 500..... you can do this if you hang the mouse over the pics the resize option comes up....

    I have beendoing 30ds but not consistantly....like only on level 2 still and only done 3 rounds of that, walking at least an hr at least 3 times a week as well as trying to get pilates in a couple times a week and trying to stick as best i can to calorie guidelines...my diary is open if you would like to look.I have been getting down because the scale isint budging at the moment so may try upping cals a little and see how that goes, but now after putting pics side by side I feel alot better about the scale not moving as much as I'd like :) I have also been keeping my sodium in check as I'm really bad at that and retaining fluid so that has helped.just try to get a little bit in each day and stranght train as you go along to tone as your losing.I've found that helpful so far as well.I thinkn if I had just done cardio without the Jillian or pilates I wouldnt've got this far :)
