Beef jerky, cheese, nuts are easy snacks. Recipes you can always make some granola bars from scratch using gluten free oats!1

Vegetables contain no gluten. Carrot sticks, celery sticks, green pepper sticks, cucumber slices, etc...all make great "snacks".0

Lara Bars, epic meat bars, Wild Zora bars (now they sell soup), Nut Thins, fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, nut/seed butters, dried fruit (you can make your own trail mix), rice crackers/cakes, hummus.0
