Hi I'm trying to gain some weight because I've always been really skinny, im 5"3 and weigh 6 stone 6 lbs. I want to try and get to 7 stone 2 lbs first of all, to get to a more healthy weight. I'm struggling at the moment to get enough protein in my diet, without buying more meat. Any ideas?

Protein shakes, high protein yoghurts, cottage cheese, eggs, legumes/beans.3

Quark is good too, it's like soft cheese, buy the full fat one. Also you can drink full fat milk.0

Blackberries are a good source of protein.5

Tofu. Seitan. Qorn. Whey supplements.
If you want to try more protein and fat, you will get even more calories per gram.
In this category I would include all the nuts and cheeses, soybeans, lupini beans.0
