I've used MFP off and on for a while, but I'm new to the message boards. I'm pretty introverted, but I hope that participating more in the community will help my motivation and encourage others. I have a long way to go, but my most immediate goals are to complete an 8-week walking plan similar to C25K and to lose enough weight to enjoy a weekend in the mountains 10 weeks from now.     I love your honesty ♥️ I'm introverted by nature as well ( have you read "Quiet" by Susan Cain? - I read not too long ago, an excellent read for introverts or loved ones trying to better understand intros!). I also enjoy mountain hiking with my family 😊Please free to add me!

    Hi there! Fellow introvert. I’ve been using MFP since July and am down 30lbs with about another 20 to go. Sending friend request if that’s OK. Quit is an awesome book!
