I am reading this community link and ALL posts are from 1 1/2 years ago.... anyone STILL OUT THERE?
Im 63, around 20lbs down but stuck there....

    Looks like you were intending to reply to a specific thread. At the bottom of the thread page is a text box, use that to respond within a thread.

    As for activity, the forums in general tend to be pretty lively, depending on the time of day and day of the week. So even if a particular thread of users seems to be inactive at this time, there are still plenty of other people around. Users come and go for a variety of reasons.

    Welcome to the forums. Do some reading, to help you out with regards to being stuck, or ask questions. Have you been logging all of your food diligently?
