Zumba calories burned

I am doing Zumba strong program. I don’t have an activity tracker like a fitbit and I’m unsure how to accurately record calories burned. Mfp is calculating “Zumba fitness” but it seems very high and and an unlikely number. For a 60 minute workout it says 666 calories burned. Is that even possible? to me it seems like a very high number I’m not convinced it’s accurate. Online resources haven’t been very helpful either.

Depending on the tracks and how much I throw myself into it I can burn anything from 350-450 in a 45min class.
I weigh 148lb and my hr hits 160 for short periods during the most jumpy parts of the class1 -
Wow really? I’m 170 so it seems reasonable I’d burn a bit more but maybe mfp wasn’t as off as I thought. I suppose all the jumping would burn extra calories.0
