Ready to kick infertility/PCOS

Hello!

My name is Britney. I lost over 50lbs with this app last year. Since starting nursing school, I’ve gained it all back!
Also, I was diagnosed with PCOS/infertility. My main goal for losing weight is to get healthy to have a baby!

Hi Britney, my name is Denise. I am also trying to lose weight in order to kick PCOS' butt! I've tried ditching the sugar, gluten, and dairy (I'm also lactose intolerant) in the past and it has helped me lose weight and I got my period two months in a row. I didn't do it for longer than three months. But this time I'm trying to do this for the long run! I hope we can motivate each other.

I have met a lot of women that beat PCOS butt doing keto. Keto is great at helping with hormonal imbalances. I was told I would never have kids I did keto dropped 60lbs and now have a 3 year old daughter. Wishing you all the best!

Britney, I have recently been diagnosed with PCOS too. I would also like to loose weight to kick my PCOS. It’s helpful to know there are others in the same position.

https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10713956/ultimate-accountability-challenge-uac-january-2019#latest is a great month-by-month way to build up self-awareness and accountability habits.

Take a read of the descriptions and testimonials, and follow the link there to join the group if it looks like it would suit. It can work for ANY activity level or type, personal eating plan, and where you are in your journey (barely beginning through keeping on track for maintenance).

You will never be "out of the challenge" As will be explained in the FAQs at this link, if you "use all 3 of your passes" your name won't be on the virtual Winner's Circle for the month, but you WILL be supported and encouraged to carry on with practicing the accountability steps. Those that keep on reports and try again the next month are the true winners of this challenge. I have just finished my 3rd month, and will be back there again in January. Hope to see some of you there.

It's awesome to know there are other ladies out there with similar struggles.
