Why didn't I discover this 20 years ago? I'd look like Madonna by now! I started doing Pilates 3 weeks ago and absolutely love it. I have tried so many other things- yoga, boot camp, spinning, running, swimming, etc. This is the first exercise that I actually look forward to, and enjoy while I'm doing it. I have been going 5-6 times per week and am seeing results. I feel great!

I never cared for gyms in general, but when I started doing Pilates (some years ago), I changed my mind. Haven't stopped since and it's definitely one of my favorite exercises!3

I regained all the weight I lost years ago (+ some) during and primarily after my pregnancy BUT pilates has been helping me feel muscles I have not felt since my first trimester. I also wish I knew about it during my first weight loss & fitness journey. I'm happy you're enjoying it!😊3

Pilates is great! My favorite Pilates teacher moved over a year ago and I still miss that class. Need to find a new one and return to it. I was amazed how much of a difference it made in my strength.3

I did Pilates for a number of years. Unfortunately, I lost 2/3rds of my lung to cancer about 2 1/2 years ago. I am trying to build up my stamina and grieving so that I can return. It is one of the few exercises I enjoyed.5

I love Pilates. Took private lessons for a while then ended up purchasing a Allegro 2 Reformer & Tower. At my age the gains to be had are enormous.3

DH and I take a reformer pilates class 2-3x a week, I love it! First time I've ever found a workout I look forward to doing. It hasn't contributed to weight loss, but it has contributed to building strength and feeling muscles where I've never felt them before! I have biceps!1

I adore Pilates. I have taken a class twice a week for the last five or six years. I also do yoga twice a week, and yoga/strength training once a week. Last semester I also added piyo twice a week. Pilates is still my favorite.1

I'm not a super big fan but I do a class that I like called Pilates Remix at the Equinox which jazzes us traditional pilates a bit.
It's important to have a strong core!0 -
I did the Lagree method at a studio for 8 months. It was a little intimidating for me and I always felt like I couldn't keep up. Maybe I should try mat pilates instead.0

I'm still loving it. Been going to class 5 times a week and have moved up a level.0

Love it. I am in my mid 60's and it is helping me reshape my body and learn to use it correctly. I do a private session once a week, an equipment class once a week and a mat class once a week. Pricey, but well worth it as far as I am concerned.1

if you like pilates, look up Casey Ho Blogilates PiiT program. OMG it is amazing, it's made me so toned!0
