Hi all. I'm Mindy. I live in North Central Alabama. I'm married to a deputy sheriff and have four terrific kiddos, ages 22, 20, 15, and 12. I am here to lose weight but ultimately to just become healthier by taking better care of myself.

The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These are two of the most commonly-referenced threads on MFP; tons of people point to them as being sources of great info when you're just starting out.

Mindy I'm from central Alabama. I have three kiddos there 21 16 and 10. I. Looking to loose 158 lbs. I'm a nurse working night shift so I think this is going to be rather hard.0
