Holy Sodium and Cholesterol

Day 1. Not so good... I’ve never really tracked my food they way mfp tracks it. I took in soooo much sodium and cholesterol today. However, my calorie goal was made along with a few others. Also ended the day with a nice 1.9 mile walk with my son and we had a pretty good conversation.

Looking for people to keep me on track and to challenge me over the next few months. My goal is to loose 50 lbs at 2 lbs a week. Then to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

    It doesn't matter how much sodium you have, unless a doctor has told you to limit it for some reasons. You need to watch your macros and calories are most important.

    That’s good to know. I saw what was the goal (per mfp) and I was way above it!

    These aren't issues unless you have a medical condition. At this point it's all caloric deficit.
