Teeccino is optional - I like the taste.

Do you reject eggs and milk as well?

Nope ! I Love both. I find myself normally eating scrambled eggs and hot sauce and just need a change :)

Depends on what you consider high protein, but my favorite breakfast is a vegetable omelet, sometimes with cottage cheese on the side. I like to have veg at all meals, personally. Good combinations are broccoli and spinach (and a little feta) or zucchini and mushrooms and spinach or leeks and chard and asparagus, etc.

How much protein? As a short, slightly-overweight woman, my daily goal (before exercise) is 68 grams. A cup of red seedless grapes (around 170 grams) a container of fat-free double protein Greek Yogurt (6oz) and a granola bar (1/2 of a 2-bar package) gives me 20 of those grams.

I like oatmeal with an egg mixed in. Makes the oatmeal creamy and yummy, and lots of protein in there

Thank youuuuu! I will definitely try these things out. I really wanna stick it out this time & I think having some variety will be mega helpful, so DOUBLE thanks (:
I'm looking for 80ish for protein per day. What I came up with for this morning worked well & had 34 grams ! (Fritata. 2 bell peps, 1 onion, sautéed, 1 c spinach, 8 eggs, 1 c Greek yoge, 1 c cottage cheese, few servings grated old cheddar, yummy spices, maybe more things I'm forgetting right now 😂 baked for half an hour & divided into 4.) Can give a more detailed recipe any time (:

80-ish should be easy if you have 3 meals and get some in all. I find dinner can easily have 40 g.

    Looks like a great breakfast!
