I just lost my first ten and just worked myself up to 30 minutes on the stationary bike but its hard to drag myself there every day i need someone to encourage and to encourage me! I have used myfitnesspal several times over the last few years and never stuck to it and I think it may be because I was never apart of the community really. I wanna lose 76 pounds this year and would love to follow anyone else with a big goal. Its been so inspiring reading so many posts today!1

I'd prefer to stay on here - you can open a group on MFP, then nobody will have to open an account elsewhere or share real-life name etc.2 -
