Not much of a New Year's resolution person. But I've had enough messing around. I want change in my physical and mental health. For many years I have worked out, but not the dedication i needed for real change. My goal is a stronger commitment to getting exercise and diet right this time around. Over the years my biggest struggle is finding an exercise program that gives me the functional strength I want (CrossFit is not helping with my aching joints). And I need to follow through with a reasonable and sustainable diet. So much information on the internet that finding that fit from a trusted source is proving difficult.
