100lbs to loose

Well who would have thought that I would step on the scales today and see I have 100 lbs to loose! Not me, that’s for sure. I need all the help I can get and so thought I’d start a thread to see if anyone else is in the same boat. I’m just an average girl, 33, live and work in London, married September 18, love food (obvs), and just can’t believe I have let myself go this much! I have lost weight before (about 70lbs) but gained it all back plus 30 so I know I can do it. Planning to just eat smaller and do more.
My stats are:
5’ 7
SW: 256
GW: 156
If anyone wants to buddy up let me know.

I gained a bunch of weight when i got married (15 years ago) trying to “keep up” with hubs. My advice, Learn to cook healthy things together, and eat the proper portions and limit eating out. It took me 2 years to lose 100#, but it can be done. I’m also 5-7”, started at 225, got to 125, now 135.14

I need to lose about the same. Anyone can add me. My plan is to stop eating out etc and hopefully I can pack lunches. My schedule just gets so hectic it's hard. But I'm in it. I'm at my heaviest and I'm also at a point in time where I can think about my weight without getting depressed and hung up. So I think ots the perfect time to get my body where my mind is.6

I am also starting my journey...have about 100 to lose and I am more motivated that ever. I will be exercising and also doing the keto diet. I did last year and I lost 50 lbs in 6 months. This time I want to stick to it and be consistent. GOOD LUCK ladies...let's do this and remember main thing is staying consistent. Do not let anyone or anything become an excuse...whatsoever!!!!! I just went through a recent break up and I can't wait till he sees me in a few months!!6

Me too! I'm starting keto today along with my husband. I also feel more motivated than ever!1 -
Same here! I have about 120lbs to lose. Been going back to this over and over over the years but realized I will now be 40 in just about 55 weeks. My goal is to get it off before my decade changes, and I tend to work best under pressure and a deadline. Pls feel free to add me and we can help each other. 😊.1

Me too! I need to loose about 100 pounds. Keto works for me but I have a hard time staying on track. Anyone can add me and maybe we can keep each other on track!1

I also lost about 70 pounds and found every one of them again (ugh) after a series of health issues and slacking off. Looking to ghost this weight and never see it again. Feel free to add me as well, folks.2

I have around 90 pounds to lose also.2

You sound a bit like me. I'm sitting at 247, I want to be 150ish. I'm also 33, married Oct 18th, 08. We have to girls. Before I got pregnant, I lost 50lbs, gained it back then lost 60lbs and have gained it back. I play roller derby, getting back into running and learning to lift.1

Just wanted to post and encourage each of you. You can do it!! I lost just over 100 lbs in 2017 and have maintained the loss for more than 15 months. I changed what and how much I ate and joined a gym where I got active. Nothing more. Nothing less. Weigh and log your food... it does make a difference. I never cut out anything... still had bread, still had sweets... just less with portion control.9

I don’t know how to add friends but so happy to see there are others who need to lose and need motivation. Please add me as friend. Thanks!1

You can do it. Each of you can do it!
I was very thin and then started gaining weight. I packed on over 100 pounds over a ten year period. I thought I would never get rid of it. I had resigned myself to that.
Then my Dr told me that my blood pressure was too high and that I needed to either lose 10 pounds and give up sodium or go on meds. I chose to lose 10 pounds. She gave me three months. Well, in one month I had to visit her as I hurt my elbow. I had lost 27 pounds without even feeling like I was trying.
Within one year, I lost 104 pounds. I have put 10 back on and I now need to get that under control. I know why I have gained those 10 and I know how to get rid of them.
Each of you can do this!4 -
I have 80 lbs to lose! I'd love to buddy up and get this knocked out:)1
