Multilevel marketing. If you need to add some protein to your day, purchase from a storefront and not an MLM. MLM ‘s are in the business to make money.

Ideal protein is a basic supplement and nutrition company. You can buy on Amazon and their website.

I haven't had direct experience with their shakes or nutrition plan. I am sure they are similar to others where they use shakes to replace meals, at least in the intial phases, which i am not a fan of.

I took a look at their site, it doesn't look like a MLM, just direct online sales. They seem heavily focused on meal replacement shakes along with a bunch of supplements. They use all the usual weight loss industry nonsense buzzwords to tout their products. There's some weird elements on their site touting SSL security and a shopper review site I've never heard of before, nothing alarming just odd.

The ingredients list on the shakes is so-so (lots of buzzword ingredients), and they seem a little overpriced compared to a similar retail product. The supplements are the typical 'fat burner' type scams, completely unnecessary and a total waste of money.

If you really feel you want to go with meal replacement shakes, you can get better for a little less from other places. And stay far away from the scammy 'fat burner' type supplements.

Thank you soo much! I’m basically clueless with shakes and stuff. I’m not going to buy from that company. I was just looking for a shake on the go in the mornings

You can always just buy some protein powder and add in some fruit.

I've been using their shakes for years as a quick and easy breakfast. I typically mix them with almond milk and blend them with ice. I have found they will hold me over until lunch most days without a problem.

While I prefer to eat my meals...my morning is rushed and this allows me to eat as I drive to work.
