The last 10 kilo grams

Dear all,
I am a female in my 20's and I have been using Myfitnesspal for a while since the start of this year for losing weight and taking control of my eating habits. But I have kind of stopped doing it for the last few months.

My height is 5'5
My starting weight was 80 kilo grams
Current weight: 64.1 kilogram
Total weight loss: 15.9 kilogram (in 5 months)
Goal weight: 55 kilograms

That is nearly 10 more kilos!!! I can do this guys!! My weight has been on maintain this whole summer .... I have not really stepped up my game in terms of working out, or have not been trying to eat super healthy.... I have been eating better ofcourse, avoiding sweets, more greens.

What is your story??

    You may find that the last few kilos will take much longer to lose because your body will be doing continuous re-adjusting to the "new you". Just keep staying with your program faithfully, one meal at a time/one day at a time, exercising daily if your time permits, drinking adequate water daily, etc. Things will fall into place. When you reach your ultimate goal, I guarantee that you will regain all that you lost plus more added fat pounds when you stop accurately weighing, measuring, leveling off excess quantities of all that goes in your mouth and logging it all daily.
