Calories In Bread Crust

I was wondering what the cals were in bread crust?

Would both crust be the same as one slice of bread?..

    I would suggest weighing the crust and comparing with a normal slice of bread. That should give you a good idea

    Seal, I think Carolyn suggestion is a good one. I take it that you cut your crusts off or maybe use the crusts to make croutons?

    I buy sliced bread....I will do the weighing thing but I need to get myself a decent pair of scales.......the ones I've got are as old as the hills.....
