58 year old woman really needs support!

Hi Folks, I could really use a buddy. I have been dieting all my life (Yo-Yo dieter). When I put my mind to it I can lose some weight. But now being 58 years old it is a lot harder. I walk about 3 miles a day, calories now about 1200 and watching my carbs. If anyone wants to team up with me please don't hesitate

Hi, i’m new to this and can really use some support as well. I’m way overweight and need to learn how to eat right and exercise regularly. I don’t know what else to do but watch what I eat and log the calories. Trying to stay away from bread and pasta. Any advice you can give would be awesome.1
