Need to lose college weight

I started attending college in August 2017 and thought that I would keep a strict diet to avoid the "Freshman 15". However, I ended up indulging in the endless pasta and desert bars at the dining halls and blew up like a balloon! After starting school at 263 lbs (6'3), I now tip the scales at a rotund 293! I am very active (I workout and play intramural sports) but it has gotten much harder to move. If I don't change my ways I may have to have my friends roll me around campus. Has anyone every gone through something like this? Looking to make the change for good

I went through it. I ended up gaining the Freshman 30, and I kept gaining weight all through college. It was A MESS. Kudos to getting a handle on your weight now!0
